Saturday, 9th Shooting Hours

Aren't shooting hours Sat., 9th until 4:00pm? The regs. say shooting hours are half hour before... until 4:00pm THROUGH Oct. 9th. To me that means you can shoot past 4:00pm on Sunday.

Am I right?

THROUGH.. which means sunday is the first evening you can hunt past 4

The thing I don't like about the evening hunting is that the ducks always seem to flock in right AFTER sunset when you're picking up decoys! You really have to restrain yourself from being illegal.
