I always thought you still had to, but I herd from a gentleman that said he emailed this question to the DNR and they said you didnt have to. I would like to be sure, thanks in advance! Firearms hunters who purchase an over-the-counter permit must select and hunt in one permit area. Archery hunters may hunt throughout the combined time periods.
