charliepete
Looks good. I love it. We call it low country boil around here. For anyone who hasn't had it. Get a big stock pot half full of water. Add a 3/4 cup of Old Bay Seasoning. Add 6-7 new potatoes diced and a smoked Kielbasa cut up in 2 inch chunks....boil 7 minutes. Add 4 ears of sweet corn cut in half...boil another 7 minutes. Add deveined uncooked shrimp and boil another 4 minutes (or until they turn pink and start floating). Strain the whole mess and serve with hot sauce and butter. I whip up some shrimp cocktail sauce to go with it. My cocktail sauce doesn't have a measurement but is basically 1 cup of ketchup with horseradish and lemon added until it tastes right (probably about 3 tablespoons and a half a fresh lemon).
