Kitchen faucet identification

I need to replace the aerator on the faucet in the picture. Problem is I can't find the brand name or model number on the faucet. Any ideas on what it is or where I could find some identification. Also, the faucet won't shut off completely using normal pressure on the handle. You have to give it a good hard push to get it to shut off.

No idea what brand, but how hard is it to get out? Gotta be a label somewhere. With the new flexible supply lines it is sometimes pretty easy to remove a faucet...

It looks like an Artisan hook faucet.

Thanks Broman I found the faucet and model number on Artisans web site. That should make it easier to find parts.
