Mille Lacs Area Bike Trails

Are there any good bike trails for some recreation riding in the Mille lacs Area? Looking for trails that are easy and flat. using hybrid bikes, and I am partialy disabled, and can not handle to much physical riding. We are thinking about camping at either Kathio or Father Hennepin state park, then drivign to trails or riding from there.

Check out the Cuyuna Bike Trail. It shouldn't be too far away, and it sounds like it's what you're looking for.

If your open to a paved trail, the Paul Bunyan state trail out of Brainerd is pretty cool. I have never been on it in the summer but I think it would be a pretty decent ride. There is 100 miles or so of trail so you will have plenty too see along the way.
