2 hours to go

I'm leaving to go to a lake in wisconsin in about 2 hour to fish for crappies. I have many good locations on this lake for crappies but I dont recall ever fishing for them in the rain at this time of the year. Do you think the crappies will be, shallow (3-15) or deep(16-25)? I hope some of you crazy HSO'ers are awake! The lake is 32 ft in only one hole and I don't catch fish there.

Thanks to whoever responds in time!

Start your search in the deepest part of the basin, if your not finding fish move shallower. I have been hitting a local lake that the fish will spend the winter in the 35-40ft range. The last couple times out I have been finding them in the same general area as they have been all winter only shallower 22-25ft. Hope this helps, and good luck!
