Bought a Vexi modle FS1000 uderwater camera a couple weeks ago, Scratches and a finger print on the inside the lenz. Called CS and talked to Pat, he said send it in and we will see what we can do. I mailed it out on a saturday with a not please return ASP and if there is additionl chrges for that I will pay for that, and a new one was back on my porch tuesday when I got home from work .NO CHARGEHats off to Vexilar and there standards of doeing business. It's a pleasure to invest my money in a company that still values its customers, even if it means foregoing a short term monetary reward. Too bad more companies aren't run like this now-a-days. In todays quick paced world and internet connections for purchasing it is good to hear these stories. He wasnt rushing to get off the phone with me. With products out there from all sorts of different manufacturers be relatively the same price and doing the same thing. Customer service is key.
