Early Goose Opener, over water in Central MN.

I was just checking to make sure, but the way i interpreted the regulations to be this year, it looks like we can shoot over water in the St. Cloud/Sartell area. I would just like to be 100% certain because last year it was different, you had to be 100 yards from any water. Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks in advance FT

Only the NW zone, Metro and SE zone still require 100 yds from water. I cant wait!
Finally.
Never really understood why they did that. They want to get rid of the geese, but they wouldn't let us go on water.
Were they afraid people would think a woodduck flying by, was a goose?
