Showdown (marcum)

Ive had a showdown for several years. The only complaint i have isnot seeing small jigs real well. The other day i noticed that the transducer does not hang perfectly level. Do you think marcum would work with me on getting a new one?

I have no problem seeing small jigs if I turn the sens. up and I also have had my showdown for a few years and have sent it in a few times and they are top notch in my book good luck though.

I use the foam Vexlar transducer wire holder on mine. it seems to help keep the transducer flat while being easily removed from my hole when pulling fish up.

Is there really something wrong with the cord or did it kink slightly when stored in case, sometimes mine gets a slight memory bend in it when real cold after taking coils out of case and I just run cord through my fingers and straighten it out.
