Just had a great experience with Eskimo customer service.

I purchased a Fatfish 949i last year and had run into the same problems lots of people did with the bag and the hubs.

Last season they worked with me to send a new bad and "hub caps" to fix those problems.

After my 1st trip on the ice this year with the fatfish, I noticed some additional problems. ripped out stitching on the skirt and also the poles poking thru the bottom on the corners. After 1 phone call to customer service. They sent me a tag to pick up the old house and are sending a new one out.

The house is almost one year old. I was just hoping they could do something for me never thought they would be sending a new shack.

Customer service like that is amazing to say the least these days.

Just wanted to share because this more than exceeded my expectations.

I think after seeing a company that will stand behind their products like this I've certainly figured out which company will get my business for an new auger purchase this year grin
