Ice Master Auger Drill Adapter Problem

Hello everyone,

I purchased from the big "C" store the Ice Master Drill Adapter. The problem I had from the beginning, allowing me to not use it at all until I return it is that the bit is bigger than 1/2 inch. What I mean by this is that the bit that goes into the chuck is not sized correctly and is bigger, bigger meaning instead of the hex shape, it has over sized round edges, not allowing me to insert into the chuck.

Has anyone experienced this? I was on the ice and nope.....had to do the manual way.
