We Want Ice!!

A Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone!!

Well, as I'm stuck here at work wishing I was digging my driveway out from this Winter Storm, I'm actually thankful that it chose to come before the cold. The forecast is showing promising ice building conditions, which will be perfect timing. As in the past few years, the ice has been so sketchy seeing we just get going and then get dumped on by the snow. I'm hoping we can secure some good healthy ice before are next significant snow fall.

So, with that, I hope to be out on the hardwater by the New Year. I want to hit it hard before Sturgeon Spearing comes in February. If anyone in the area is interested in doing some ice fishing or wants some company, feel free to let me know. I plan on concentrating on gills and crappies on a few lakes in Waushara and Walleyes/Perch/Pike on the Winnebago System.
