spentshell
Thanks, I was worried that I didn't negotiate long enough on mine but it appears that we both got very similar deals.I am always second guessing on these things but the bottom line is if it makes us happy then it was a deal! basssmasher*
I unfortunately didn't have a lot to spend at the show, if i would have I might have needed a U-Haul! lol.. Got the usual freebies, ( bait puck) a few jigs and stickers ect. The best deal was getting to talk to Bro about icefishing and picking his brain for a good 1/2 hr!! Between that and finding out I can send in my old aqua vu for a technology "upgrade (working or not) and get a 100 dollar credit towards a micro camera was a good enuff deal for me Fun time for my 1st show!! Oh I had my 9 yr old nephew with and he caught the biggest truot in the trout pond so that was a bonus!! He's hooked on icefishing now
Lip_Ripper Guy
We got there around 3:00 Saturday afternoon. Man that place was a zoo! I had plans to buy a bunch of stuff, but everything was too crowded so I left with only a $4 furnace vent. Not a chance I was going to stand in those lines to save a few $.I bet the guys upstairs had about 1/20th the traffic (or less) of the main floor. I finally had to ask where they were. Hopefully next year they can stick some retailers in there to free up some space on the main floor.
