LED Opinions for my new 30 footer

I am trying to decide what exactly i should do for 12 volt LED Lighting for the new 30 footer I just ordered--- I ordered just the shell, and will be finishing it with 3/4" x 6" Cedar tongue and groove.

I first looked at the LED strings onthe popular auction site but i just dont like the way they look...I think they would look tacky and i dont like how the secure (with 3m double stick)--- So the idea i have rolling around at this point is using individual 5mm led's (about 100 of them) recessed into the ceiling with the wiring hidden. While this will achieve what I am trying to accomplish i think it will also be alot of work... any other suggestions?

I am stilling trying to decide what to do for hole lights as I really want to do 100% LED

There are a lot better options than doing 100 individual LEDs, in my opinion. I can't imagine how much of a hassle it would be to make all those connections, and drill all the holes. There are 3 way's I've done in my houses:

1) These are the LEDs in my current house. It is "Recessed Downlighting", #4 is "Recessed Light Fixture, 12 LED". I used 9 of these in my 20' house, and 1 in the bathroom. It is the perfect amount of light.

2) Their are tube style lights from http://OutdoorProStore.com . I used from a different place (2) 4' and (1) 2'. These are super expensive but less expensive at OutdoorPorStore, and I had burnt out 2 sets of them in my 2010 house. I had no issues in my 2009 house.

3) When my LED tubes burnt out the 2nd time, I replaced them with a double tube light (I can't find the model right now). Instead of the fluorescent bulbs, I replaced them with LED tubes (T9 model?). These worked great, and I had no more light issues.
