Hunting in vehicle on private property?

Call the local CO, not the state, but the local CO and ask him the question. email the state if you want but if the local CO's answer doesn't jive with how you are interpreting the law, talk it out with them. We can give you any answer you want to hear but we are not the ones who are going to confiscate your weapon and vehicle or issue a citation. Most law enforcement people I have known, don't like to argue loop holes on the spot.

As far as being on private property, that has nothing to do with it, they can go and search anywhere they want to, with out a warrant.
