I forgot, you would have to weld the shock towers on the bulk head, common problem witht he older chassis but not unfixable, have seen them fixed before. sorry. He's got a tunnel bulk head that need's welding, skid that's need rails but has another set for that, don't think he's got the hood but the 440 is whole I guess and the buld head and belly pan will bolt together.
