surewood
Really starting to dislike MEA weekend. Someone cut my lock and stole one of my stands. Another guy flagged by another one of my stands. Right down my shooting lane. Got out and followed the flags 400 yards to my brothers stand. Flags stooped. Must have figured out the spot was occupied. Yet he was okay walking right past my stand (15yds) and right down my lane. Seems like every stand stolen or any other bone head activity happens on MEA. Until rifle opener of course. leech~~
I had someone not to happy with a few of our stand placements which have been in the same spots for the last 15 years. They didn't take the stands but they ripped down all the trail tagging and took the seats and bow holders off the trees. Kind of Su(ks! Bear55
This is why I hunt 80% mobile now, never have to worry. I do put out some ladder stands for rifle season but they are far back enough that I don't worry as much.
surewood
I use my climber alot, but when I find a good spot I sometimes put a ladder or hang on out. Is what it is. Time to start concealing trail cams and catch them in the act.
