Marsh Lake duck hunting report

I was wondering if anyone had a report for ducks in this area?

Best Hunting on Marsh Lake is between 10am and 2pm.

This is when the Mallards come back to lake after being in the fields feeding.

Hunt the points.

I would imagine it is tough going out there with how dry it has been this year.

Hunted the area this past weekend. Walked back to a small pond off the big water. Shot our 18 saturday morning and seen a ton of birds. Sunday was a different story, the pond froze over and only seen a few flocks of mallards that didnt want anything to do with us.

My experience last weekend was the same. Did very well Saturday. Broke ice Sunday and didn't see birds. I wonder if the clear sky had something to do with that.
