CANOPY SAM
You guys have EVERYTHING in Bemidji! No fair! So I drink a glass of water or apple juice, then add BBQ sauce to the crockpot? I don't see how that is going to tenderize the goose at all? Or perhaps you meant I drink several beers, then add BBQ sauce to the crockpot? But using Beers? Now that I can do! In fact, I bet if I use enough Beers, it won't even matter how tough the goose is! Thanks Matt! Your wisdom is much appreciated. And you feed this to your children? Geez Matt! gurkster
Crock pot or slow cook the breasts in the oven like a beef roast. Both ways the bird is real tender and juicy. I have on rare occassion grilled them where they were nice and tender, but I think there is about a 30 second window going from cooked (tender and juicy) to overcooked (tough and nasty) on the grill.
