Preparing a tender goose?

You guys have EVERYTHING in Bemidji! grin No fair!

So I drink a glass of water or apple juice, then add BBQ sauce to the crockpot? I don't see how that is going to tenderize the goose at all? laugh Or perhaps you meant I drink several beers, then add BBQ sauce to the crockpot?

But using Beers? Now that I can do! In fact, I bet if I use enough Beers, it won't even matter how tough the goose is! cool

Crock pot or slow cook the breasts in the oven like a beef roast. Both ways the bird is real tender and juicy. I have on rare occassion grilled them where they were nice and tender, but I think there is about a 30 second window going from cooked (tender and juicy) to overcooked (tough and nasty) on the grill.
