Done chasing?

It has been pretty quiet for the past week or so on here. Are you all done chasing cats? I know some of you have switched over to sturgeon now, but some of you got to still be chasing flatties...I think I may give it one more shot this Wednesday and see if I can get a few more before the weather gets too cold. Is there a certain time/date that you all stop chasing them or water temp that they generally stop feeding? Last time I was out was about 2 weeks ago and we got one that went about 20 lbs and missed a couple of others. I don't think the water temp changed too much in the last 2 weeks, but haven't been out to see.

I'll be chasing sturgeon thursday-sunday, but i'll also be soaking some big creek chubs from midnight to 6am wishin for flats. So i'm not done YET, but very soon...unless they're still goin then i may be back again the following weekend.

I got a 40" last year 1st weekend in october (Total fluke) and a 46" two weeks ago.

My latest flathead ever was Sept 26. That's not to say they aren't out there but I just sorta go for other things the few times in Oct I manage to get out -- sturgeon or even an occasional walleye later on (and into Nov).
