Guest
Okay, you answered my first question about the spark plugs, now here's another one. My head light. I can't get any light out of it. I feel like I'm driving around blind out there. Do they make and aftermarket headlamp for these old clunkers, something with some power behind it? It's one of those sealed head lamps. Thanks for the help.
Guest
check all your conn. resistance will kill a low amp head light. i dont what watt your light is but some old cats had very low watt bulbs and werent very bright check the alignment maybe it is pointing at the ground. If the light seems to be a yellow beam and not bright you could have a bad lighting coil
Guest
Thanks, I'll do some more checking. It might be all the light that it's intended to put out, But compared to the light output we're used to now, it seems awfully dim. When the engine is running high rpm's, it's bright. When it's idling, it's dim.
