I left a message on a local CO's cell, but haven't heard back; I wanted clarification on bringing youth out for the YWD this saturday. I wanted to bring 2 kids out 13 & 11, who are friends of our family, but the regs say parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. Does a "legal guardian" fall under an approved guardian from the parent?
