Great Cake

I was a BBQ last night and we had a great light tastey cake for dessert and it is so simple.

1. Angel food cake mix

2. Cans of lemon pie filling

Mix lemon pie filling with cake mix and put in cake pan and bake until tooth pick comes out clean .

Top with whipped cream and fruit blueberrie,strawberries and peaches

Very,very good

I think this would be a simple cake to make on a camping trip and could bake this on a gas grill or even a weber.
