HDS Network setting?

Ok having an issue getting my units to network, I'm sure it's a simple setting someplace just not sure what I'm missing... Both are Gen 1 HDS trying to share waypoints and 1 transducer....Have done the auto configure several times but cant get temp to show on the 2nd unit, swapped units and both work at the console but neither at the bow reads...

I forget the exact route to get in but check out the sonar source of the one in the front. Assuming that the one at the council is the "main" unit that the transducer is hooked up to, the bow source should be set to have the council unit as the source. You then may have to delete overlay data for temp and put it back on then.

I just had the dashed lines on my 2nd unit this spring and all it was consisted of changing the source.

Update, GPS is shared but now lost temp on both units, did come on yesterday on the console unit but was stuck on 32.8, pretty sure water was warmer than that

Issue resolved, when in doubt push buttons till it fries or works...got lucky and it worked...
