change of ownership

anyone know the process of changing ownership? as far as i know, atv does not have a title like auto where u can just sign it over. what does the seller n buyer need to do to complete the transfer of ownership?

I think the previous owner's registration. As you said, there is no title like cars but having the registration in hand should be all you need.

I needed a bill of sale also on the wheeler I bought in june.

When you get tabs for it they give you are reg card with your info and the atv info. You take that reg card to a register like you would to get new tabs and they change the ownership that way.
