high altitude conversion

Does any one have any experience converting the clutch to and from high altitudes? I have Two 99 Artic Cat ZL 500's. I dont have a lot of tools or experience with selds but I am pretty good with a wrech so with a little help I probably can save a few bucks. If anyone can help let me know. Thanks
