Don't know if a kid messed with my laptop or what,

I used to go to you tube, and click on a video, it was clear, and then if enlarged to full screen stayed that way.

Now, I have to change the settings to the 240 setting to even see anything, and if enlarged to full screen is distorted.

same thing goes for movies I like to watch... is there some setting I need to change somewhere??
