Sunkin' Sauna

my mother has a 15x16 sauna that has settle into the ground. It looks like it just sits on large railroad ties. It is was built around the 60's and located in Eveleth. Does anyone have tips if they have lifted one before?? Or, if you know any contractors that do that sort of thing?. We have got one bid and one no show. Do you replace the ties? pour footings? Lay down rock then treated something? Im clueless!

  As a recovering machinist, I can appreciate that. If the spec is 0.001 - 0.0015, then clearly the correct measurement is 0.00125, duh…
