i need opinions on this wheel house

please give me your opinions on what a fish house like this is worth any help is greatly appreciated

6.5x16 including v front crank down fish house

retractable tongue

knotty pine interior

dinnette in back and bunk above

stove and oven

110 and 12 volt lighting

5 holes with lights above each hole

cup holders and rod holders

plenty of storage

atwood forced air direct vent furnace

battery monitor

built in stereo

tv and radio antenna

It's a little bit hard to say without seeing it, but I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of $5k to $5500.

Gave this one away for $7100 about 2 months ago.

you can buy a new 6.5 x 14 for 4995.00 at Milac unclaimed frieght. My guessetimate would be more around 3000.to 3500 tops

i could be wrong but for that price brand new im guessing your getting the standard lower end ice castle finishings

I would say in the neighborhood of $5k, maybe a little more depending on pull and how good a shape it is in.

I would buy that house for $3,000 for sure if the frame is ok. That seems a bit low but great for a buyer.

I would probably go 4-4500, granted everything is in working order and trailer is good.

Check the wheel assemblys real good and check for stress cracks in the frame around the pivot points also. Hard to put a price on something like that with out seeing it first hand.

Look for comparables, it will help alot on figuring out the price
