Yellow spots on paint

I have a white 07 sierra that I started to notice these little yellow spots on the paint. At first I thought it was rust spots but they are also on the painted plastic. I can remove with rubbing compund but not sure what they are

I have also had the foamy coat leave colors on my white pickups in the car washes before, I used to go to one with a yellowish colored foam in the hand wash bay... it would turn the truck off white, and blotchy, but would go away when it dried, or rub off with a towel...
