What's the best Depth finder for under $200

Musky hunter 82

Question

I really don't want one with a GPS feature, since I can get more depth finder with out it. I'm thinking of the new Hummingbird 561 (comes with depth and speed cable), Found it for $149.00. Has anyone used it yet, os should I be looking for something else?

Thanks much guys,

If all you want is depth, add a softwater kit to your winter flasher unit... Speed on a finder is never accurate, temp is the only feature thats nice to have... Personaly I'll fish without my finder before fishing without my GPS....

I happen to have a couple of LOWRANCE X-97's, an x-85 and I think 2-LMS 160 Gps Units sitting around I would be willing to give you a good deal on. The X97 is a great sonar. It will be hard to part with them but recently upgraded.

$100 for X97?

Mods sorry if this is against a rule just trying to help this guy out.
