Heh. Good luck.

Seems the WI mantra is now "if you make it so difficult, nobody will use it, it will be obselete, and we can stop wasting money on it!!"

I am so frustrated with the state of things in WI resource management right now it's not even funny.

Let me know if the links you are using work again. The entire WI DNR site is full of broken links from their "upgrade." Slowly I've been able to navigate more and more, but it still wasn't all there last time I did some diggin.
