Mushroom hunting anyone?

I was thinking of going down south east mn (rochester area), to do some mushroom hunting. I would love to find some oyster and morel mushrooms.

With the dry spell we've had, I think it's going to be hard to find them.

I haven't heard much around this area yet, but I'll be out tomorrow. Eyes will be peeled. I'm with you though... I think it might be rough this year with the lack of precip. But since I'm a relative newbie when it comes to hunting down the shrooms, I might be wrong. We've had the warmth for sure

i'm from sw mn and looked about an hour yest. in the usual spots we find them, but nothing yet. some folks are finding half dozen here or there. all grays so far.

Lots of the in my area west of the metro. I know of guys who are picking hundreds a trip.

Another ton of rain yesterday and last night so plenty of moisture.
