Anyone ever use this stuff?

My brother makes these fantastic chicken wings and he told me he seasons his wings with Allegro. I've now started using it and found that I really like the taste. I made some whole beef jerky using Allegro, water and tender quick and it turned out great. Also added it to some ground beef for burgers and they were really good. The company's HSOforum states that it was created to tenderize and flavor less desirable cuts of beef.

If anyone else uses this product, I'd like to hear of any other ideas. Thanks.

i saw some at the cub i go to and a smaller display at the county market here. since i have never used it and always willing to try something new i'll give it a shot for wings. good luck.
