advise needed

anyone that has advise -

My family is trying to set up a mule deer rifle hunt and am looking into trying Neb. We are basically starting with a dart and a map and trying to figure something out. We don't plan on hunting the fall, just hoping to get a preference point, but need to get an area figured out. Hoping to find something with public around, but planning on getting out mid summer to see if we can get a locate on some private land as a first choice.

so what i am hoping to get is some advise on areas with good deer and accessible land. We are not definite on mule deer only, but if there are both WT and MD in the area that would work well also.

even if you have some areas to stay away from or where to aim my dart in a general area.
