How to Get Rid of Red Lines on Navionics App?

How do you get rid of all of those red lines?

i dont have any red lines....but if your talking about the "tracks" there is an icon on the bottom of the screen that you can click on to either turn them on or turn them off

Upgrade to the newest version

They aren't tracks. They show up heaviest around metro areas. I do have the older version. So, they aren't on the new version, apparently. Do you have to pay for the newer version?
