The sinking ones are neutraly bouant. they have a nice wobble that varis with retrive. Checkout there web site to get a better idea or pick one up. "they work" Yes they are great for MUSKY. I like the 11cm for walleye. They were made in Sweden for Pike and have several record fish on them. Some of the Muskys first guys in Wi Have several fish on them already .
