Your talk of smoked eggs in the past pursuaded me into trying them yesterday. I think I'm in love

I've got 25lbs of jalapeno/cheddar venny summer sausage going right now, can't wait until it's done!

Just took some eggs out the smoker myself. What a day to be cooking outside. Chicken legs & thighs marinating right now to go on the grill tonight.

Throwing my first ever egg in the smoker (along with a couple venison roasts) right now!

How bout this? Could have made it a Groucho Marx Happy Meal by moving the fish up under the nose and forming a smile with 4 more smoked eggs. An old pair of black framed glasses (break off the ear pieces) laid over the eyes would make it complete.
