Lake of the Woods trip need some advice

I am trying to plan an ice fishing trip to lake of the woods for next year. Just looking for some advice from everyone else that have done this. Myself and another buddy plan on taking both of our 8x16 mille lacs wheelhouses up there for at least a week. We plan on bringing along 6 other friends. What are some things you think we need to consider. We plan on sleeping in the shacks for the week. We have honda generators so all of our power demands are met. Im just curious im an extreme shower freak and cant go with out a shower for 2 days is there places were able to shower at. Also what months do you think we should head up there. We plan on paying a lodge road access fee but what are some other things we need to think of. We are obviously free lancing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
