Throw back lures for Ski's

What do you use as a throw back lure after you get a non-commited follow?
Do you use different throw back lures for different baits? Or do you have good luck throwing back the same lure the Muskie followed?

Hey Wild,
A general rule of thumb is throw a fast bait after a follow on a slow bait and a slow bait after a follow on a faster bait. In other words, try something totally different to get them to bite.

One of my favorites, a jig and plastic concoction of some kind. 6"Reapers or a
grub, can at times be very effective on a hot fish. Bucktails are a good bait to throw after follows on a topwater, I
have done well over the years with that presentation.
