Recipies for makin waterfowl jerky

If your just starting out making jerky, I would suggest using the

High Mountain Jerky cures. They are very easy to use and instructions

allow you to make from 1-15 pound batches. They have many varieties

to choose from, and they are only about $7.00 for enough to make

15lbs. My personal favorite is the Original Wyoming saddle bag blend.

If you want to be more adventurous, just go back a few pages on this

forum and you will find lots or recipes, and tons of great advice.

My favorite blend is hickory flavor that you can buy over the internet if you look up grandma lamure's spices. It comes in a kit and instructions for whole muscle meat or ground meat. Everybody makes a pretty good blend just depends on what flavor your looking for.

Yes very good starting practices with this kind off cure mix I tend to add more Black pepper and or Hot pepper seasoning another good cure is Legg check these out also
