Epoxy Problem

Hey Guys,

So I put together my second rod and finished it up last night, again I'm having the same problem with the epoxy not drying the way I would like it to. The first three threads are fine but the epoxy on my last guide seems to thin out in the middle of the thread so the ends are thicker and the middle isn't... Is this because I haven't put enough epoxy on there? or maybe to much? Or the only other thing I can think of is the rod isn't level when it's drying. Any ideas?

Try a couple lighter coats, that will help or wick off the excess epoxy after applying it. having your dryer level helps too.

Part of the reason I turn by hand for while before putting in the dryer. Thread epoxy doesn't self level as well well when it is spinning as when it is rotated every couple minutes.
