depends who you talk to, I would say no. Because this year has been one of the best fishing years I had. Caught over 30 walleyes over 25", 3-30"eyes. And I can't count how many sun fish from 9"-11" this year so far. I can't wait until it gets to prime time fishing. wink

I'd go by weight, anything over a pound is pretty solid if you ask me.

I fish alot of big gill water and have buddies that fish all over the state specifically for trophy gills and I've seen maybe 3 honest 11 inchers, so good luck with that but an honest 11 is a giant.

I'm sure there are lakes out there though you can have a good chance at one, we just haven't found it yet.
