bluehat28
The Minnesota DNR HSOforum will put up a lottery results box on there Turkey hunting page. They normally do it in about 2 weeks. Watch here as someone will post when you can check. Or you can wait for your post card from them that you get before 2/15/12.
Musky Buck
Spring results speaking of turkeys, I have seen as many this winter as I ever had, hope your areas look good, I went into 3 separate pieces of state land and saw plenty also, was hoping to find some deer to look at with my son but all we saw were turkeys and ruffed grouse which was cool also. My turkey area got disturbed and they have left the building so to speak, got 2 stray/wild dogs that have ran all the deer out of the river bottom and turkeys as well, when you're looking for them with the gun they never surface, when you're at the supper table they go running through the yard. Why don't the people dumping them off find a different gravel, anyway good luck with getting drawn, but don't hesitate to go in the late season, many many almost every musky opener which is June 3,4,5 ish we hear gobbling, so May should be decent, but it's hit and miss on em whenever you go, hope for a hit ! Gordie
I almost hit two jakes thursday coming home from the lake I looked down for a moment then back up and two jakes were right in front of me not more than a few feet from the bumper.I have also been seeing more and more bird this winter I think its because its been so mild out.
