Where is it coming apart for you? I have the Yukon and mine is tearing at the loops connected to the bottom pole. I was thinking about calling them on this but it might just be easier to sew it up with some Fireline then replace the tent.

Well, I didn't call them since the last time they replaced it they told me there was a 1 year warrenty. So it would be over now. Well, it got me upset enough after seeing that a replacement tent cost $200 that I picked up some nylon thread used for heavy material like coats. I broke out the old sewing machine my wife had recived from her mother. Sewed the living $h#t out of the thing. Sewed the two outside individual loops back down to the bottom that hold the bottom bar down. Sewed the long large middle loop on the ends since it was comming loose there. Sewed the seems on both front corners since it was starting to come apart there. Sewed the seem on the left side by the seat which was comming loose. Also, Sewed back on the front top velcro strap that went around the bar to hold the tent on the frame poles that came off. Then finished ups with some clear duck tape like clear tape to fix a crack in the front window. Once I put the skin back on it should be in great shape.

Now the quesiton is since the skin is off I'm thinking maybe I should put some reflectix in the thing. Looks like it's about 68 inches wide. How wide is the reflectix?
