what are some lakes a little closer to St. cloud that produce large musky?

If someone blabbed about large fish in a lake near a city such as St. Cloud, There maynot be any large fish after a short time.

Even with catch and release instilled in our minds there are fisherman of other species that will accidentaly catch a large muskie now and then. These fish don't always get released.
The best thing to do is check the DNR lake reports in your area or better yet, Join Muskies Inc. and you will aquire even more valuable information.
Go to their web site and also pick up the Minnesota Muskie lake map book at most bait shops, Gander, Cabela's, etc.
