Big Buddy Question

If i hook it up with the 12 foot hose with regulator do I still need the filter.

If it has a regulator, NO you do not need the filter.

the have the 10 foot hose (says no leaching so no filter needed) that does not have regulator. can that be used hooked right from tank without regulator.

Yes but I would still use a filter no matter what the hose says.

This is the hose that works the best with the Big buddy.

You DO NOT and CAN NOT use a filter with this hose.

The reason for the filter is for use with high pressure hoses. a hose that does not have a regulator on the tank end of the hose. THe high pressure propane will push oils out of the hose that will clog the buddy heater.

This is the type of hose you need a filter for. This hose you have to use for the regular buddy heater.

+3, its what was recomended so thats what i use and my big buddy has worked perfectly since i got it three years ago,the hose costs alittle more

but worth it in my opinion,
