nobody around hear knows me but i'm looking for some good lakes around stillwater MN? also is anyone familiar with island lake by duluth?

If your looking for a good pike area near duluth there are some in the harbor and the St louis river basin.

As for Island lake ... between duluth and the floodwood area there are 4 different island lakes. If you want big northerns I would recommend the Floodwood or Savana rivers near floodwood. The locals do very well on Redeye lures(20lb fish are not uncommon). There is a boat launch in town and one a bit north of town, not far from 73.

thanks i aprecciate your help if your fishing any of the island lakes and find the one i talked about the pike and muskie color is chartruese
