Ordered a 22hd ultra pack. What are the opinions on the unit for hose that own one. I upgraded from a FL12. Looking forward to see the difference in the 10' setting instead of the normal 20'.

You will absolutely love the unit! For options you will have 10' increments and unbelievable sensitivity. In 30 feet of water you are able to see the minnow head fall off a spoon. I fish Red Lake quite a bit and hardly use the zoom in under 10' because of the increments Another great feature will be the tri beam transducer. You are able to tune this unit with this 3 beams for the for each situation.

The biggest part though is the HD. Unbelievable clarity and sensitivity. That is the biggest thing I noticed from an FL 20.

I love mine. You will appreciate the zoom. I've been fishing under 15ft of water and don't need the gain on at all. When I move super weedy shallow water, then I use the low power mode and can get rid of all the clutter and focus on my jig. I am happy with mine.

I have both the 20 and 22. Last Winter tried to run a 18, 20, and 22 and the 22 would not work with the others. Tried everything but after a couple hours turned off the 22.

Haven't turned the 22 on since. Need to try it without other flashers next to it.

I have the 22 and fished next to Fl 20s and lx5 last season without any problems..

My fl22 has great interference rejection

Lat year I fished along side a 20 and an 8 pretty frequent without any problems and there were times that there was an 18 in there also. Just make sure everyone isn't pushing their IR button at the same time.
