fivebucks
Anyone know how the pheasants in this area compare to western MN? I have the 2nd half of my ND hunting license left and thinking of a roadtrip one day over the holidays. Just wondering if driving the extra miles and time is worth it. I know the Jamestown area is pretty worthless for birds but don't know how this area is. Any feedback?
TylerS
What area exactly are you talking about? Southeast Nodak? If so, it's not much better than Jamestown. Heck, to find good numbers I wouldn't stop driving until you reached Dickinson...
fivebucks
Yea - I was thinking SE NoDak. We had decent luck on opener south of Minot but I don't want to drive that far. Looks like I will settle for the scarce Minnesota birds instead of driving to unfamiliar territory for their scarce birds. I had a feeling SE wasn't much better than west MN.
